You are free to change your rates as you see fit, and you can do this in the Fees section of your account - we just ask that the fees match (or are lower than) the fees offered elsewhere as per the Terms & Conditions for therapists to avoid any clients being upset if they spot a lower fee than the one they have paid.

We expect that you will discuss any fee increases with your existing clients well in advance, being mindful of the clinical impact this might have.
