We ask that you inform all current clients of the decision with as much advance notice as possible. You can then either pause your Profile, or update your Calendar to block out the dates you will be away, depending on which option you prefer.

Please note that pausing your Profile will not prevent existing clients from booking. If you will not be available to meet with existing clients, we would recommend either deleting your working times, or using unavailable times to block out your Calendar. You can find information on updating your Calendar here

If you will be unavailable for a significant period of time, and any clients note that they would like to meet with a different therapist, please let the team know so we can reach out to help the client with this, and either offer our guarantee to cover the cost of an initial session or offer a discount on the initial session where appropriate.
