Working times are the slots that will be shown as available to new clients in your public profile. We have an article here showing how to check what times are being shown as bookable to new clients in your profile.
When adding a working time, please make sure you are not trying to add availability that covers multiple days (ie. adding a working time that starts on a Monday and ends on a Friday) as this would result in 24-hour availability. We have an article on how to resolve this issue here.
