Why am I not appearing in the Search Results?

If your Profile has not been paused, but you cannot find your Profile in the search results on the main search page, there are a few different things to check.

Firstly, on the search page, please scroll down to the bottom of the 'Refine Search' filters to click the 'Reset Search' button. Then, enter your name into the 'Therapist' box just above the 'Reset Search' button :

If your Profile is live and has availability, the Therapist option should bring up your Profile.

If you had previously used other filters to try to bring up your Profile, we would recommend reviewing the various sections of your Profile (specialisms, approaches, locations etc.) to check that you have selected all of the relevant options in your Profile so you are not being left out of client searches.

If the above option does not bring up your Profile, you will need to check your availability and the related notice settings to see if you currently have availability being offered. If you do not have sessions available to book, your Profile will not appear in the search results.

You can check if sessions are available to book by going to the About You section of Your Profile. Then Right-Click on the link at the top of the page, and select either the 'Open in an incognito tab' option, or the 'Copy link address' option so you can paste the link into a new window once you have logged out of your therapist account :

We would recommend that you review your availability in your Calendar if your availability has been blocked out unexpectedly, so you can view and edit any Unavailable Times added to the Calendar, and check the Bookable Slots view to see what availability is being displayed in your public profile.

We would also recommend reviewing your notice settings (information here), as these can prevent therapists from appearing in the search results.

If, for example, your Minimum Advance Booking setting is still set to the default 24-hour option, then any sessions you had available to book in the next 24 hours will have been removed from your bookable slots and will not be available for new clients to book.

If your Max Advance Booking Days has been adjusted to only allow clients to book sessions within the next 1 week or 2 weeks, this will limit how many sessions are bookable in your Profile, and will usually result in certain days each week where you do not have any sessions available to book.

We generally do not recommend limiting the Max Advance Booking Days to 1 week for this reason unless it is necessary, as it can affect how many clients are able to view your Profile, and how many bookings you may receive as a result. It can also be off-putting to clients if they cannot see if you will have availability in future.

If you have just made changes to your availability or notice settings, it may take a few minutes for the website to update and rebuild your availability.

If after some time, you still do not appear in the search results, you can contact the team so we can look into that for you.
